Feniks Info d.o.o. undertakes to protect the personal data of its customers by collecting only the essential, basic data about customers/users that is necessary to fulfill the contract; it regularly gives customers the option to choose how their data is used, including the option to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly safeguarded and is available only to those employees for whom such data is necessary in order to perform their work. All Feniks Info d.o.o. employees and business partners are responsible for observing the principles of privacy protection.
Collection and Use of Information
Feniks Info values and protects your privacy. In the process of delivering the requested service and providing notices and information related to your purchase or another service, we will use only the information you voluntarily provide to us. We undertake not to sell, disclose or give this information to any third party in a manner not stated in this policy.
Reservation
When reserving goods or another service offered on these pages, we will request the personal data of the person making the reservation (such as name, address, contact telephone number, etc.). This data will be used exclusively to deliver the service. Payment data (such as card numbers, etc.) is specially protected and will be available only to banks and card companies for the purpose of payment authorization; such data is not accessible to Feniks Info d.o.o. and is available only to the company authorized to collect such data.

What Data We Collect:

Purpose of Data Collection:

Feniks Info d.o.o. will collect personal data, sales information and customer history when you purchase, service or repair a product bought from us, including warranty claims and inspections, and will use it to provide the services you have requested, to inform you about matters relating to your product, and to fulfill the concluded contract.
Providing personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the concluded contract constitutes a contractual obligation, and if you do not provide it, this may affect the proper performance of the contract or even make it impossible.
Customer support and marketing – to respond to inquiries and to provide news and offers
Feniks Info d.o.o. collects personal data and may use it in order to provide support to customers, to respond to inquiries and complaints, to assess which news and offers are most likely to interest you, and to contact you regarding those offers in accordance with your interests.
Transfer to Third Parties
Personal data may be transferred to third parties, provided that a legal basis for the transfer exists.
Your personal data may be transferred to the following entities:
1.) In order to perform the contract for the delivery of goods, we will share data with the distribution service providers with whom we cooperate and with whom we have concluded contracts. When delivering goods or services, the distribution service provider may ask the user to present an identity document and/or record certain data from that document. If the user is unwilling to provide such data, which is necessary for the delivery of the parcel, i.e. proof of the person placing the order, the service or goods cannot be performed or handed over.
2.) To authorized service providers when a product is subject to a complaint under warranty or at the user's request due to a defect or the inability to use the product for reasons material to the user.
3.) To sponsors of prize competitions in the process of awarding a prize to the user. If a user does not want Feniks Info d.o.o. to share data with sponsors for the purpose of awarding a possible prize, we advise the user not to take part in such activities, either in the store or on the Feniks Info d.o.o. websites.
4.) To state institutions that request access to data due to some third-party processing of that data, or where necessary for Feniks Info d.o.o. to exercise its rights as a result of non-compliance with the service agreement.
5.) The company Mailchimp, which professionally provides automated distribution of advertising messages.
6.) We share data with, i.e. the data is available to, the company Tomsoft d.o.o., from which Feniks Info d.o.o. uses the Luceed business software.
How Long We Retain Your Data:
We store and process personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill a particular legitimate purpose, unless applicable regulations prescribe a longer retention period for a specific purpose, and at least for the duration of the contract between the user and Feniks Info d.o.o.
Where consent has been given for marketing, we retain the data for as long as that consent is not withdrawn. In the case of rejected offers, where no marketing consent has been given, we retain the data relating to the offer for one year, and if you request deletion, it will be deleted immediately.
Personal data that is no longer needed is either irreversibly anonymized or destroyed in a secure manner.
Access to and Modification of Data:

The data collected is protected in electronic form by an SSL certificate that encrypts the data and thus ensures that communication between the user's computer and Feniks Info d.o.o. takes place via a secure protocol without the possibility of third parties accessing the data. We take data protection seriously and employ all advanced technologies to keep your data protected. We implement all reasonable measures to protect data, but we cannot guarantee the protection of information transmitted to or from the internet, and we are therefore not responsible for information received by a third party in that manner. Feniks Info stores data within the EU and only exceptionally outside the EU.
Feniks Info d.o.o. may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing the amended privacy text on the Feniks Info d.o.o. website. We hereby invite users to review this policy from time to time, where any new changes made in the preceding period will be indicated. If a user does not agree with this Privacy Policy, we advise the user to leave the site and not to access or use it. An amendment to the Privacy Policy takes effect immediately upon publication on the website.
